About me

My career journey so far ...
I'm a career business analyst working across the full project lifecycle, from initial business case all the way through to user adoption, on business and technology change projects.

I started in business analysis by graduating in the subject at the University of Strathclyde 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿, cut my teeth in Accenture's graduate programme, built up my expertise through in-house and consultancy roles. And today, I still ❀️ being right in the thick of a project - working with clients get to where they actually need to go.

In 2012, after being an employee since university, I set up my own company and became an independent consultant. Nowadays, I specialise in applying my BA expertise to deliver and consult on Salesforce CRM projects - usually for financial services clients.
